As an entrepreneur Chawn has an impressive history of fostering and promoting start-up organizations. She possesses a comfortable blend of both hands-on experience and big picture focus. Chawn has managed the growth of CER to a multi-million-dollar recruiting and staffing agency accomplishing searches for clients/candidates within the PNW and nationally.

Chawn believes that pro-active and timely honest communication is key to client and candidate retention. With this approach, Chawn believes that goals can be met without jeopardizing the personal touch we all recognize is essential in building relationships.

Chawn enjoys giving back to her community and supporting organizations such as ALS, American Cancer Society, Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, Chess for Success, Lifeworks and volunteering at the Union Gospel Mission serving meals to the homeless and assisting with fund raising. She was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon and is an avid hiker loves the great outdoors and walking. She raised two beautiful daughters and has five grandchildren: an 18-year-old grandson, 13-year-old granddaughter, 11-year-old grandson, 10-year-old grandson and 2-year-old granddaughter.
